Fantastic Stay with Amazing Service

The room was very clean and tidy. I found the food to be quite tasty. The duty manager Kanun was helpful and resourceful . My son became sick with a fever and Kanun helped arrange transportation and immediate medical assistance. He also followed up regularly to check on us. I really appreciated this while being in a foreign country.
There was a long wait for check in. It was scheduled for 2 PM, but getting access before that time proved difficult. I hope this process can be improved . This was the only real hiccup during an otherwise smooth experience.

The breakfast buffet had a varied selection and the restaurant offered multiple cuisines. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Thai dishes that were available daily with many options for all.

The hotel is situated on a hillside and provides panoramic ocean views from many vantage points. It has multiple swimming pools on different levels, providing ample space for relaxation. Shuttle services are readily available to navigate the hotel.

i found the location to be quite convenient. it was easy to access nearby attractions (patong beach is just a short drive away!). the swimming pool offered a panoramic view (perfect.
the room's cleanliness was not up to par. i noticed some dirt and a general lack of attention to detail (especially around the edges of the room). the breakfast options were somewhat limited. i wished there were more choices available.
